5 or so ingredient recipe

shredded cabbage
sliced cruciferous veggies (thin)
sliced root veggies (thin, carrots and celery mainly)
cooked rice
thickening sauce (I prefer a mix of soy sauce, white wine, vinegar/lemon juice and water mixed with corn starch)
scrambled egg
(peas if you have them)
chili powder
green onions
----------------
make scrambled eggs, set aside
stir fry all veggies, set aside
stir fry rice until dry, season with chili powder
add veggies back in,
add thickening sauce
when nearly thick, add eggs back in
add green onions last
-------------------
OK, this is more a "clean out the fridge recipe" than a 5 ingredient recipe.
